Registration & Accommodation
Special accommodation arrangements have been made for the participants of ECSEL JU project iRel40 2023 at the venue hotel Aquila Rithymna Beach which is combined with the registration fee of the meeting for 3 nights, 9-12 May.
The Registration and Accommodation packages are as follows:

| Registration Fee only (3 days participation) | 490€ |
The above Registration and Accommodation Packages include:
- 3 or 2 nights of accommodation in single (1 adult) or double room (2 adults), in Half Board Basis which includes breakfast and dinner
- Entrance to all sessions
- Meeting material (bag, badge, pad and pen)
- Welcome reception
- Coffee breaks
- 3 lunches
- Project dinner outside the hotel premises
- Transfer bus from Heraklion airport to the venue hotel and return
Participants wishing to stay more nights (arrive before the meeting and depart after the end of the meeting) can book their extra nights of accommodation, in Half Board Basis, which includes breakfast and dinner, as follows:
- Single room (1 adult) 106€ per day
- Double room (2 adults) 130€ per day
Please also note that residence tax is 4 euro per room per day and should be paid by participants directly to hotel reception.
